1. About OneSmell
OneSmell is a UAE-based luxury fragrance brand offering Italian-formulated, long-lasting perfumes crafted for life in the Emirates. Our fragrances are developed in partnership with specialist perfumeries in Italy and packaged locally in the UAE to ensure quality and freshness upon delivery.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and are a resident of or ordering for delivery within the United Arab Emirates. OneSmell reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
3. Products & Descriptions
We take great care to ensure all product information is accurate. However, please note the following:
- All fragrances are formulated in Italy using authentic raw essences and traditional perfumery techniques
- Products are packaged in the UAE to maintain freshness and ensure swift local delivery
- Our formulas are engineered for 20–24 hour longevity under normal conditions; individual results may vary based on skin type, climate, and application method
- Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes; minor packaging variations may occur
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Currency & VAT
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable under UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all UAE Emirates
- Credit & Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard) — processed via Stripe
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All online transactions are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption. OneSmell does not store your card details.
4.3 Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation of your order via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued where applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE:
Dubai · Abu Dhabi · Sharjah · Ajman · Ras Al Khaimah · Fujairah · Umm Al Quwain
5.2 Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE public holidays). Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

5.4 Important Delivery Notes
- Please ensure a recipient is available at the delivery address during business hours
- COD orders require full payment in cash upon delivery; our courier cannot provide change
- OneSmell is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout
- Real-time order tracking is not currently available; our team is happy to assist with updates via WhatsApp
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Our Sample-First Policy
Every OneSmell order includes a complimentary fragrance sample. We strongly encourage you to test the sample on your skin before opening the sealed product. This ensures you are fully satisfied with your scent choice prior to unsealing.

6.3 How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
- For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photographs
- Return the product in its original sealed packaging with proof of purchase
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
7. Product Use Guidelines
7.1 For Best Results
- Apply to clean, well-moisturized skin for optimal longevity
- Focus on pulse points: wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inner elbows
- Layer the Eau de Parfum with the All Over Spray for 24+ hours of continuous presence
- Allow each layer to settle for 30 seconds before applying the next
7.2 Safety Precautions
- For external use only — do not ingest
- Avoid direct contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs
- Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation or allergic reaction develops
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Do not expose to extreme temperatures or leave in a vehicle
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product names, photographs, copy, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of OneSmell and is protected under applicable UAE and international copyright laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, OneSmell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. OneSmell makes no guarantee that the Site will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
